Casa Isaac comes from the same Tuscan knitting house as G.R.P., but has a character all its own. The name was inspired by Isaac’s house in Ingmar Bergman’s Fanny and Alexander — a place filled with interesting objects collected over generations.
That idea carries into the clothes. Familiar sweaters, polos and knitted shirts are made a little less familiar through color, texture and unexpected details. There is often something you don’t notice at first — a fleck of color in the yarn, a contrasting elbow patch, or a knit that changes as you get closer.
Designed and made in Poggio a Caiano, in the hills outside Florence.
